Jamrock Harvest was established in 2021 with a simple but powerful vision: to create high-quality Jamaican food products using locally sourced ingredients while sharing the bold, authentic flavors of Jamaica with customers both at home and abroad.

We are committed to using 100% locally sourced Jamaican ingredients whenever possible. Our products are made with ingredients such as Scotch Bonnet peppers, country peppers, scallion, ginger, garlic, turmeric and tropical fruits—ingredients that are deeply connected to Jamaican cooking and culture.
Our flagship Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce captures the unmistakable heat and character of Jamaica’s famous Scotch Bonnet pepper. We also produce our West Indian Red Hot Sauce and Authentic Jamaican Jerk Marinade, bringing traditional Jamaican flavor into modern kitchens.
